We aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless experience. That said, our return and replacement policy is subject to the following conditions:
1. General Policy
Returns or replacements are available only to returning customers (minimum of 3 completed orders). First-time or new users are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
2. Product Condition
All products are carefully reviewed and inspected prior to packaging and shipping. We verify:
- Visual and physical integrity
- Correct item selection and variant
- Proper, sealed packaging
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
3. Reporting Issues
If you encounter a problem, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order reference and a brief description of the issue. We reserve the right to request photographic or digital evidence.
4. Resolution
Accepted issues may be resolved with one of the following (at our discretion):
- A replacement item in a future order
- Partial store credit (for verified users)
- Escalation to manual support
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
